My work is about creating conditions for transformation:

For individuals: Spaces where your soul can heal, where fragmented parts can integrate, where aliveness can return

For teams: Regenerating the social soil—the invisible foundation (quality of awareness & relationships) where collective wisdom and co-creation naturally emerge

I think of these spaces as gardens—not in a literal sense, but as living fields of abundance where:

Scarcity gives way to generosity
Depletion transforms into fullness
Deadness becomes aliveness
Fragmentation finds wholeness

Over the past years, I’ve walked several liminal thresholds:

Corporate structure → Regenerative community work
Disconnection → Aliveness
Old paradigm identity → New paradigm wholeness
Financial security → Existential fear
Marriage → Separation (while re-creating relationship)
Wounded heart → Open heart
Mother at home → Mother healing apart

This is the liminal territory where:

The old identity is dissolving
The new identity hasn’t yet crystallized
You feel lost, insecure, or disconnected from your power
You’re waking up to a deeper, heart-led way of being
.. and it is scary to walk this way alone

For almost two years, I’ve lived without regular employment, without financial certainty—learning to trust the process of becoming, to embrace paradoxes, to create conditions within myself for healing and transformation.

Somehow, through this uncertainty, I’ve kept Pippi Longstocking’s spirit: ‘I’ve never done this before, so I’m sure I can do it!’ This optimism isn’t naïve, it’s the courage to trust life’s unfolding.

I offer holding space for this transition, creating transformational containers—ongoing relationships where I hold energetic space for you through deep presence, stillness, and inquiry that activates your inner wisdom.

I can guide you from the between space to the new space of wholeness—filled with clarity, joy, aliveness, and agency.

Even now, I’m in my own unfolding. I don’t have all the answers. But I have wholeness—and wholeness is what allows me to hold your complexity, illuminate your potential, and activate the aliveness already within you.

I don’t promise transformation—I can’t. But I can walk alongside you (whether “you” is a person or a collective) with full presence, fierce loyalty, and the capacity to hold complexity without needing to fix or rush.”

From Wellbeing to Wholeness
My path to becoming a guide for others' transformation was catalyzed by my own wellbeing journey between 2016-2020.
While co-founding My Refresh, I was introducing Czech organizations to workplace wellbeing—helping them care for employees' physical health, emotional resilience, mental clarity and social connection. But as I developed these frameworks, I realized something was missing.
The spiritual dimension.
As I integrated this spiritual awareness into my own life, I experienced what I now call wholeness: When I guide clients toward clarity, agency, aliveness, and joy, I'm drawing on years of understanding how all dimensions of human experience must be honored for true transformation to occur.
This is why my work goes beyond traditional coaching. I don't just address your mind or emotions or goals—I honor the full spectrum of who you are, including the sacred dimension that many are afraid to name.
